Afternoon Turtle Snorkel
Come aboard Alii Nui and experience a great afternoon adventure with the Royal Treatment that Alii Nui is known for! If you don’t like to get up early, this is the trip for you! This three hour excursion begins at 1:00pm with the destination being the famous Turtle Point (when nature permits). This area has the second longest continuous reef on Maui and has a population of Hawaiian Honu (green sea turtles). Watch these protected creatures, from a safe distance, as they rest on the bottom or they glide gently over the colorful beds of coral. The sails will not go up on this trip so in order to provide you with maximum snorkel time on this three hour trip.
When you are not in the water, you can enjoy some great appetizers served by the helpful crew. Once you are done in the water, the full bar will offer you premium adult beverages, soda, juices and filtered water.
Alii Nui offers comfort and enjoyment; small groups, plenty of deck space and multiple Trampolines (hammock-like lounging areas) ensure ample room to kick-back and stretch-out so you can bask under the warm rays of the spectacular Maui sun. There is also plenty of shade in the spacious, open-air cabin. Premium snorkel gear is provided along with wet suit tops, towels and sunscreen; all included in the price of the trip.
IF YOU CAN SNORKEL…..YOU CAN HUKA DIVE!
Huka Diving which is a hybrid of snorkeling combined with the basic elements of scuba diving is available at an additional charge. No pre-certification is needed, if you can snorkel, you can Huka! You must be 10 years of age or older to Huka.
Huka Diving is a unique way to enjoy the wonderful underwater world. This is a surface supplied air system that allows the participant to actually go down under the water while breathing on a surface supplied air system. Dive without cumbersome tanks and gear. Enjoy the freedom of movement just as you would when snorkeling.
Please be sure to include all non-ticketed children under 4 in your reservation, as all persons must be accounted for.
